Connecting Facebook and Instagram

Connect your Facebook Page (and its Instagram account) so Vendi Today can pull in leads, messages, and comments.

Before you start

You need admin access to both the Facebook Page and its Business Manager — Editor access isn't enough.

Connect your Page

1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
2. Find the Facebook–Instagram card, click Connect.
3. Log into the correct account, approve requested permissions.
4. Select the Facebook Page.
5. Choose sync preference: All Leads or New Leads Only.
6. Click Connect and Continue, confirm the success banner.

Map your lead form fields

Match each field on your Facebook lead forms to the corresponding field in Vendi Today.

Connecting more than one page

Repeat the process for each additional page, using an account with admin access to all of them. If a page doesn't show up, it usually means the connected account lacks full admin access — try reconnecting with the correct account.
