Track Visits with the Funnel/Website Page View Trigger
Knowing which page someone visited tells you what they care about. The Funnel/Website Page View trigger starts a workflow when a contact views a page you choose, so you can follow up on real interest.
What fires it
The workflow runs when a contact views a page in a funnel or website built in Vendi Today. Use it for pages such as pricing, checkout, or a specific blog post.
Filters
- Funnel/Website: required. The funnel or site to watch.
- Page: a specific page inside it (optional).
- Page Path: a particular URL path for finer control.
- UTM Campaign, UTM Source, UTM Medium, UTM Content: limit to visits that arrived through a certain tracked campaign.
Operators include Is, Is any of, Is none of, Is empty and Is not empty.
Set it up
- Open Automation > Workflows and create a workflow.
- Click Add New Trigger and select Funnel/Website Page View.
- Name it, such as "Checkout page visit".
- Click Add filters, choose the Funnel/Website, then the Page.
- Add UTM filters if you want to isolate a campaign.
- Click Save Trigger, add actions, and publish.
Example
A visitor reaches the "Checkout" page of your funnel. The workflow waits a set time, checks whether a purchase happened, and if not, sends a helpful email offering assistance.
More ideas
- Tag contacts who view the pricing page as "High intent".
- Alert a rep when a known lead views a proposal page.
- Compare campaigns by sending UTM-specific follow-ups.
Tips
- Page views can fire often, so use re-entry settings and conditions to avoid repeat messages.
- Combine with a Wait and Condition so people who already purchased are skipped.
Good to know: For a purchase-focused flow, pair this with the Abandoned Checkout trigger.
