Set Up the Social Planner

The Social Planner lets you write, schedule, and publish posts to your social accounts without leaving Vendi Today — no more logging into five different apps to keep your feeds active.

Connect your accounts

1. Go to Marketing > Social Planner.
2. Pick the platform you want to connect and sign in.
3. Approve the permissions requested — you'll need admin or publishing access to whichever page, profile, or channel you're connecting.
4. Select the specific page or profile you want Vendi Today to post to.

Repeat this for each platform you use. You can draft posts without a connected account, but you'll need an active connection before anything can actually publish.

Create a post

You've got a few ways to build content:

• Templates — start from pre-built layouts and swap in your own message and images
• Custom posts — full control over the caption, media, and which accounts it goes to
• Bulk upload — import up to 90 posts at once from a CSV or spreadsheet, handy if you're batching a month of content in one sitting

If you're posting the same content to multiple platforms, turn on Customize for Each Channel so you can tweak the caption or swap the image per platform instead of sending an identical post everywhere.

Schedule or publish

Once your post is ready, choose what happens next: publish right away, schedule it for a specific date and time, save it as a draft to finish later, send it for approval if someone else on your team reviews content first, or set it up as a recurring post.

Keep an eye on performance

The Planner tab shows everything at a glance — what's scheduled, what's published, and anything that failed to post so you can fix it. Head to the Statistics section to see how individual posts and accounts are performing, filterable by platform.
