What shows up

13+ event types: contact creation and profile updates, form/survey submissions, appointments, payments, quiz responses, website page visits.

Events grouped by date, each entry shows title, timestamp, source, with clickable links.

Turning on the upgraded activity view

Enable from Settings > Labs > Activity Section Upgrade if not already on.

On mobile

Available from the mobile app with filtering tools.

One place to check a contact's history before every interaction, instead of piecing it together from separate tabs.
