Bulk-Edit Products with Spreadsheet View

Spreadsheet view lets you edit many products at once in a familiar grid instead of clicking into each one separately.

Using it

1. Go to Payments > Products.
2. Select products using their checkboxes.
3. Click Bulk Edit to open the spreadsheet-style editor.
4. Edit values directly in cells — titles, descriptions, pricing, inventory, shipping details, SEO fields.
5. Use Manage Fields to choose visible columns.
6. Click Save.

Built-in validation

Invalid entries are highlighted in red, and save is blocked if even one cell is invalid for the whole batch.

When this is worth using

A seasonal price adjustment across a collection, adding missing SKUs, or bulk shipping weight updates.
