Use Your Brand Board in Emails
Once a Brand Board exists, the email editor can offer your saved colors, fonts, and logos directly, so you never need to type color codes or hunt for a logo file. This works in reusable templates and one-off campaigns alike.
Before you start
Make sure the Brand Board you want is set as the Default. Only the default board feeds the color and font pickers, and there can be just one default at a time.
Apply brand colors
- Go to Marketing > Emails and create or open a template or campaign.
- Switch to the Design Editor for the full set of controls.
- Select a text block, section, button, or other element.
- Open its color picker and choose from the Brand Colors swatches.
Apply brand fonts
- Select the text you want to change.
- Open the Font dropdown.
- Choose one of your Brand Fonts.
Insert your logo
- Add an Image element or select an existing image.
- Choose the option to pick an image from the Media Library.
- Open the folder named after your Brand Board and select the logo.
- Click Insert.
Troubleshooting
- Brand colors or fonts missing: The wrong board is probably the default. Change it in Marketing > Brand Boards.
- Logo not found: Check the board's folder in the Media Library; logos live there after upload.
Good to know: Update your Brand Board first, then open older templates and reselect colors, because existing emails are not changed automatically.
