Send or Schedule a One-Time Email Campaign
A regular email campaign is a single broadcast sent to the audience you choose, with no automation involved. It suits announcements, promotions and newsletters.
Before you send
Make sure you have a verified sending domain and an email design ready, either from a template or built from scratch. Use Preview and Test Email to check the layout on desktop and mobile.
Send now or schedule
- Go to Marketing > Emails > Campaigns and create a new campaign or open an existing one.
- Build or choose your email content.
- Click Send or Schedule.
- Optional: click Attach Files to add documents. Keep each attachment under 10 MB, and confirm they appear in the list.
- Fill in Sender Name, Sender Email and Subject Line, and check the sender domain.
- Choose recipients in the To field.
- Review Additional Settings such as link tracking, UTM tracking and tags.
- Choose how to send:
- Send Now and click Send for immediate delivery.
- Schedule, set a date and time, then click Schedule. The time follows your account's time zone, which is shown beside the picker.
After you send
- Reschedule up to an hour before the planned time.
- Open Version History in the editor (three-dot menu) if you need to restore an earlier version of the design.
- Test and preview emails always have the unsubscribe link disabled, so do not rely on them to test that step.
Campaigns vs Workflows
A campaign is a one-time broadcast. If you want a series of messages triggered by what a contact does, build a Workflow instead.
Good to know: Check the time zone label before clicking Schedule. It is easy to schedule for the wrong hour.
