Read Your Funnel Statistics

The Stats tab shows how each page in a funnel performs, so you can find where visitors drop off.

Open it

  1. Go to Sites > Funnels.
  2. Click the three dots beside a funnel and choose Edit.
  3. Click the Stats tab in the top bar.
  4. Use the date dropdown in the upper right to choose a range.

The table

  • Page: the step.
  • Views (All / Uniques): total visits and individual visitors.
  • Opt-ins (Count / Rate): form, survey and two-step order form submissions, and the percentage of unique visitors who opted in.
  • Sales (Count / Rate / Value): items sold, the share of unique visitors who bought and the revenue.
  • Earnings per page view: total sales value divided by page views.

Formulas

Opt-in rate is opt-ins divided by unique views, and sales rate is items sold divided by unique views. Any successful form submission on a step counts as an opt-in.

Compare with other tools

Numbers may differ from your analytics service because of ad blockers, bounce filtering and how sessions are counted.

Go further

For a view across all assets, use Sites > Analytics. To react to visitors, use the page view trigger in Workflows.

Good to know: Compare steps in order. The largest drop between two neighboring steps is the best place to improve first.
