Choosing Where Review Requests Send Customers

When someone taps the link in a review request, where do they land? Vendi Today can split traffic across more than one platform so you're not entirely dependent on a single source of reviews.

Set a single destination

Go to Reputation > Settings > Review Link, choose Custom Link, and pick the platform (or paste your own review page URL).

Split requests across platforms

Turn on Review Balancing from the same settings page:

1. Choose the platforms to include.
2. Set the split, for example 70% Google and 30% Facebook.
3. Save. New requests route according to that ratio automatically.

Balancing protects you if any single platform's rating ever takes a hit. If you only have one platform connected, every request routes there regardless of your balancing settings.
