Embed a Voice AI Chat Widget Inside Your Page

An embedded Voice AI widget appears as part of your page content instead of a floating bubble, so it can feel like a natural section of a landing or service page.

Create it

  1. Go to Sites > Chat Widget and click New, or open a Voice AI widget.
  2. Open the Style tab and set Widget Placement to Embedded / Inline.
  3. Choose a Display Mode:
    • Avatar: a static image.
    • Visualiser: moving voice visuals, with a Small, Medium or Large interface size.
  4. In the Chat Window tab, change the Button Text shown below the avatar, for example "Ask a Question".
  5. Adjust optional branding such as the business name or compliance footer under Additional Options.
  6. Click Get Code and copy the snippet.

Put it on a page

  1. Open the funnel or website page and click Edit Page.
  2. Search for Code in the quick-add custom elements and drag it to the right spot.
  3. Click Open Code Editor, paste the snippet and save.
  4. Publish the page.

Behavior notes

  • It is mobile responsive by default.
  • You can use several inline placements and combine them with sticky widgets elsewhere.
  • Where you place the code decides where the widget appears.

Good to know: Pair the embedded widget with a short headline that tells visitors exactly what the AI can help with.
