Start an Email from a Template Library Design

Instead of designing every email from scratch, choose a ready-made layout from the Template Library and customize it for your brand.

Create an Email Template from the Library

1. Go to Marketing, then Emails, then Templates.
2. Click + New.
3. Select Template Library.
4. Browse, search, or filter by category and color.
5. Open a template preview to check layout and mobile view.
6. Select it and continue into the email builder.
7. Replace the logo, images, colors, and copy, then save under a clear name.

Reuse What You Build

After you create a design you like, keep it in your Templates list. Duplicate it for each new campaign so the original stays clean.

Import a Design from Kajabi

If you already have an email design in Kajabi, you can bring it in by email.

1. In Marketing, Emails, Templates, click New, then Import Templates.
2. Select Kajabi from the dropdown.
3. Copy the generated email address shown on the screen.
4. From your Kajabi account, send the desired template (as a test email or campaign) to that address.
5. Click Continue to start the import.
6. Name the template and click Create Template.

Tips

• Keep a plain-text version in mind for readers who block images.
• Use merge fields for names, but add fallback values.
• Preview on phone width before saving.

Good to know: Imported designs may need minor cleanup, so send yourself a test before using them in a campaign.
