ActiveProspect Consent Tracking

If you need documented proof that someone consented before you contacted them, ActiveProspect's TrustedForm can capture that proof automatically at the moment a form or survey is submitted.

What it does

When a visitor submits your form, TrustedForm generates a certificate URL documenting that submission — timestamp, form content, and consent context included. That certificate becomes your audit trail if consent is ever questioned.

Setting it up

1. Build your form as normal in Vendi Today.
2. Add a custom text field to capture the certificate URL, positioned above your submit button.
3. Open your form's integration settings and add an HTML field just below the submit button containing the TrustedForm tracking script from your ActiveProspect account.
4. Connect that script to the custom field so the captured certificate URL saves correctly.
5. Apply CSS to hide the tracking field from visitors.
6. If adding to a survey rather than a standalone form, make sure the script targets the correct slide/page.
7. Save and test a submission.
