Manage Media Storage

Your central library for every image, video, audio clip, document, and font — reused across funnels, emails, forms, courses, and social posts. Find it under Settings > Media Storage.

Uploading files

Drag and drop files or entire folders (up to three levels deep, 1,000 files per batch). Supports images, video, audio, documents, and font files.

Organizing your library

Grid View (shows orientation/dimensions) or List View (denser, sortable). Sort by name, size, date; search by name across folders.

Working with multiple files at once

Select several to move, download, or delete together — up to 100 files per batch; files over 2GB skipped in bulk downloads; rename/share link only works on a single file.

File size limits

Up to 100MB for images/documents/audio, 4GB for video in the library itself — but individual features (forms, funnels, social planner) often apply smaller limits.

Deleting and recovering files

Deleted files sit in Trash for 30 days before permanent removal.

Other useful features

Right-click/hover for quick actions; files in paid products can be marked private (10-minute link expiry); connect Google Drive to pull in files you own there.
