Exporting Email Performance Data
You can download your email statistics as a spreadsheet-friendly CSV file, which is handy for reports, client updates and your own analysis.
Export types
| Export | What it contains |
|---|---|
| All Campaigns | Every email activity shown in the statistics dashboard, including campaigns, workflows and bulk sends |
| Email Marketing Campaigns Only | Campaigns created under Marketing > Emails > Campaigns |
| Workflows Only | Performance for each individual email action inside workflows |
| Bulk Actions Only | Emails sent through Contacts > Bulk Actions |
Files include key metrics such as deliveries, opens and clicks.
How to export
- Go to Marketing > Emails > Statistics.
- Select the type of data and the date range.
- Click Export.
- Enter the email address or addresses that should receive the file.
- Click Export again to confirm.
- Open the email and use the download link to get your CSV.
Recent Exports
The Recent Exports area lists exports generated from the dashboard so you can confirm they were created. Records are kept for 30 days, and each shows the file or description, the export type, who requested it, when it was created and its status, for example Completed.
Frequently asked questions
- How long does the link last? Download links remain valid for 30 days.
- Does exporting change anything? No. It is purely a reporting action and never alters campaigns, workflows, contacts or statistics.
- Can I export workflow results? Yes, at the level of individual email actions.
Good to know: Use the same date range each month so your month-to-month comparisons stay consistent.
