Run Multiple Affiliate Campaigns Side by Side
Campaigns are the way you segment your program. Rather than one giant group of affiliates with identical terms, you can create several focused campaigns and decide who belongs in each.
When Separate Campaigns Make Sense
- A dedicated campaign for one funnel, website or online store.
- A short promotion with a limited-time offer.
- Different reward levels, such as a standard group and a VIP group.
- Separate lead-generation and product-sales programs.
Managing Membership
An affiliate may belong to as many campaigns as you like at the same time. Each campaign issues that affiliate a different referral link, so credit never gets mixed up. As the program owner you can:
- Invite affiliates to join a campaign.
- Add affiliates directly, one at a time or in bulk.
- Remove affiliates when a promotion ends or they no longer qualify.
Use the Campaign Actions menu in the affiliates list for quick moves between campaigns.
Compare Performance
From the dashboard you can switch between All Campaigns and a single campaign to spot which promotions and affiliates drive the most revenue. Comparing results between campaigns helps you judge whether a higher commission or a shorter cookie window is paying off, then adjust.
Keep Tracking Clean
- Avoid listing the same product in more than one campaign.
- Name campaigns clearly so they are easy to pick in dropdowns and workflow filters.
- Review the Active Referral Links on an affiliate's profile to see exactly which campaigns they are in.
Good to know: If you want to reward top performers automatically, pair separate campaigns with the level-up setting.
