Connect Printful for Print-on-Demand Products

Sell custom apparel, mugs, posters, or other printed goods without holding inventory — Printful handles printing and shipping.

Connecting the integration

1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
2. Find Printful and click Install.
3. Authorize — create a new Printful account or log into an existing one.

A dedicated store is created inside your Printful account to sync with your storefront; existing Printful templates can be imported rather than rebuilt.

What syncs automatically

Titles, images, variants, and pricing sync automatically. Descriptions do not sync — write those yourself. Orders sync for fulfillment; shipping/contact info flows into your CRM contacts; live shipping rates use Printful-generated shipping profiles.

What you're responsible for

Design, pricing, and product descriptions — Printful takes it from there once an order comes in.
