Set a Page Title and Meta Description
Your page title and meta description are what search engines show in results and what many platforms show when a link is shared. Clear ones draw more clicks.
Open the SEO settings
- Go to Sites > Funnels or Websites and open your project.
- Open the page or step.
- Click the SEO Meta Data icon at the top of the builder, or open the SEO Meta Data tab.
What to fill in
- Title: the headline of the page, around 50 to 60 characters, with your main keyword near the start.
- Description: one or two sentences, about 150 to 160 characters, that tell people what they will find and why to click.
- Keywords and sharing image: add them if the fields are shown.
Click Update SEO Meta to save.
Use the suggestions
The builder can suggest title, description and keyword ideas for each page. Treat them as a starting point and edit them so they sound like you.
Good habits
- Write a unique title and description for every page.
- Match the wording to what the page truly offers.
- Add a sharing image so links look good in messages and social feeds.
- Search engines may take days to show changes.
Good to know: Write the description like a short advertisement; it will not change rankings directly, but it strongly affects clicks.
