How it works

When someone submits a Facebook Instant Form, Vendi Today captures it and creates or updates a contact automatically.

Requirements

Admin access to both the Page and ad account; Facebook's Lead Access Permission granted; Instagram connected to the Page if used for the same ads.

Map your fields

In Settings > Integrations > Facebook, open form field mapping and match each question to a CRM field.

Put new leads to work

Add a workflow with the Facebook Lead Form Submitted trigger for an instant follow-up.

Testing your setup

Use Facebook's lead ads testing tool in Ads Manager before relying on it for real leads.
