Migrate Your Shopify Store

Bring your existing catalog, orders, and customer history over from Shopify.

Connecting your Shopify store

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Shopify.
2. Click Connect, enter your store's URL or name.
3. Choose data to import as a one-time pull: contacts, orders, transactions, products, collections.
4. Choose what keeps syncing going forward.
5. Authorize through Shopify's OAuth screen.

What comes over

Customer contacts with prior order history, order history, transactions, product catalog, collections — as a one-time import; ongoing sync if enabled.

Before you start: check your Shopify plan

Shopify's Basic plan may restrict API access to customer data, which can prevent contacts/orders/transactions from syncing.

What doesn't come over automatically

Checkout flow, payment settings, shipping configuration, customer automation — you'll rebuild these.

A sensible migration order

Import and confirm data first, then rebuild storefront settings, test end-to-end, run both in parallel briefly before retiring Shopify.
