Fix Broken Links in Emails

Broken links are almost always a tracking domain issue.

Why this happens

Vendi Today rewrites links to route through a tracking domain to record clicks before redirecting. If that domain's DNS or SSL is misconfigured, the redirect fails.

How to fix it

1. Identify your tracking domain under Settings > Email Services > Location Settings.
2. Confirm the CNAME record with MX Toolbox.
3. Check the host field contains only the subdomain.
4. Make sure HTTPS/SSL is enabled.
5. Send a test and click through.

Common culprits

Missing/incorrect CNAME, full domain instead of subdomain in the host field, a proxy setting interfering (try "DNS only"), unpropagated DNS changes.
