Viewing Appointments Across Calendars in One Place

If your business runs more than one calendar — one per staff member, one per service, one per location — checking each calendar separately to see what's coming up is slow and easy to get wrong. The appointment list view gives you a single, unified table of appointments pulled from every calendar you choose, so you're not clicking through tabs to piece together your day.

Switching to list view

From your Calendars section, toggle from the grid layout to List View. Instead of a visual day or week grid, you get rows — one per appointment — with columns for the contact, calendar, staff member, time, and status.

Choosing what feeds the list

Pick the appointment type you want to see — Meetings, Services, or Rentals — and the list pulls in every matching appointment from all the calendars associated with that type. You can then narrow further by specific calendar, staff member, date range, or status, so a manager can see everything at once while a single staff member filters down to just their own day.

Customizing the columns

Show or hide columns depending on what you actually need to see, and drag columns into whatever order makes sense for your team. Save the layout as a reusable view so you don't have to rebuild it every session.

On mobile

The same consolidated list is available in the mobile app, which is useful for staff who need to check their upcoming appointments from the field without opening a full calendar grid on a small screen.

Good to know: List view isn't just for looking — you can update statuses, reschedule, and edit details directly from the rows, making it the fastest way to manage a busy day across multiple calendars at once.
