Get Instant Help with Learn More in the Builder
Every trigger and action panel in the builder includes a Learn More button that opens an AI assistant tuned to that exact step. It explains what the step does, what its settings mean, and gives examples, so you rarely need to leave the canvas to look something up.
Open the assistant
- Go to Automation > Workflows and open or create a workflow.
- Click a trigger or action to open its configuration panel.
- Click the blue Learn More button with the light bulb at the top right of the panel.
- The Workflow AI Assistant slides in from the side.
What it offers
- Plain-language walkthroughs of the settings in the step you are on.
- Notes about limits and validation rules, so you know what will be rejected.
- Realistic examples of when to use the step.
- Follow-up questions: type your own, or tap the suggested ones. Answers stream in as they are written.
Switching from learning to building
If you ask something that sounds like a build request, you can click Continue in Build Mode. Your question carries over so you do not need to retype it, and the assistant can then make the change in the workflow.
When to use it
- You are configuring an unfamiliar action for the first time.
- A field's label is unclear and you want to know how it affects timing or assignment.
- You want an example before committing to a design.
Good to know: Always review whatever the assistant suggests against what you intend; it explains and drafts, but you decide what is published.
