Add Click Actions to Images

Images in the builder can do more than look nice. Give them a click action to send visitors to a page, start a call or reveal hidden content.

Available actions

• Open a pop-up.
• Go to a website URL.
• Hide elements or show elements.
• Scroll to an element.
• Go to a funnel step or the next step.
• Call, send an SMS or open an email address.

Where it works

Image actions are available on Image, Image Feature and Navigation Menu elements.

Set one up

1. Select the image in the builder.
2. Open the image settings and find the action or Link To option.
3. Choose the action you want.
4. Fill in the extra detail: a URL, phone number, email address, target element or step.
5. Save and preview.

Examples

• A phone icon that dials your office.
• A logo that returns visitors to your homepage.
• A product photo that moves to the next funnel step.
• A banner that opens a pop-up with a form.

Remember

Add alt text and nearby text so visitors and search engines know where the image leads. Test every action on mobile as well.

Good to know: Use a clear, button-like design on clickable images, otherwise visitors may not realize they can click.
