Customize Your Checkout Page

Your checkout page is where a browsing session either turns into a sale or gets abandoned.

Getting to checkout settings

Go to Sites > Stores, open your store, edit the Checkout page, click the Checkout element.

Fields and form behavior

Decide field by field whether phone, address, country, state, city, postal code are required, optional, or hidden. Enable a billing address section separately from shipping (find it under Advanced settings > Form Options > Enable Billing Address). Toggle full name validation, add an order notes field.

Shipping and location settings

Restrict checkout to specific countries, set default customer location detection, turn on Google-powered address autocomplete.

Flow and branding

Require Terms and Conditions acceptance, enable/disable coupon codes, decide how returning customers are matched, set post-purchase redirect.

Styling

Fonts, sizes, weights, and colors customizable across contact, shipping, billing, payment, and cart summary sections.
