QR Codes That Link to Your Website or Review Page
Two of the most useful codes are the simplest: one that opens your website, and one that opens your review page so happy customers can leave feedback in seconds. Both are built in the QR Codes area.
Link to a website
- Click Sites > QR Codes > Create QR Code.
- Enter a name and choose Website as the type, then click Next.
- Enter your web address. You can change it later if you want to send scanners somewhere new.
- Style the code: Color, Shape and form, center logo, and background image.
- Scan to test, download a PNG if you need the image, and click Save to publish.
Link to a review page
- Click Sites > QR Codes > Create QR Code.
- Enter a name and choose Review Link, then click Next.
- Select the review code design and edit the header content and the footer image, so the printed piece tells customers what to do.
- Adjust the color, shape, center logo, and background image.
- Test it, download the PNG, and click Save.
Where to use them
- Review codes: receipts, table cards, checkout counters, thank-you cards, vehicles.
- Website codes: brochures, posters, packaging, storefront windows.
Measure the results
Go to QR Codes > Analytics to see total scans and unique scans for every code. Comparing placements shows which locations actually get scanned, so you can print more of what works.
Because the destination is dynamic, you can replace an outdated link without reprinting anything.
Good to know: Add a short line of text near a review code, such as "Tell us how we did", since people scan codes more when they know what happens next.
