At least 12 characters, uppercase and lowercase, at least one number, at least one special character, unique (not reused elsewhere).

Recommended habits

Turn on two-factor authentication. Protect the email address tied to your account. Store backup codes separately from your password. Never sign in on shared/public computers without signing out. Be suspicious of unexpected login prompts. Review your team's user list periodically and remove unneeded access.
