Find and Add Apps with the Discover Button

You can browse and install marketplace apps directly in the workflow builder, so you do not have to leave the canvas to find the integration you need.

What you will see

• Tools: built-in steps and logic, such as webhooks, If/Else, Wait, and AI actions.
• Apps: integrations already installed for your account.
• Discover: apps you have not installed yet, with details to help you decide.

Search and browse

1. Open a workflow and click Add New Trigger or + to add an action.
2. Use the global search bar to look across triggers, built-in actions, and marketplace actions at the same time.
3. Click Discover to browse by category: Top Installed, Top Free, Top Paid, and Newly Added.
4. Open an app's Details tab to read its description, pricing, and ratings before installing.
5. Click the install button to add it.

Search results show Free or Paid labels, ratings, install counts, and badges such as Native or Beta where they apply. Built-in results come first, followed by marketplace results.

After installing

Actions from installed apps appear under All Actions. If an app you installed earlier has new capabilities, it shows an Update tag so you know there is more to use.

Good to know: Labels and availability can differ by account, so if an app does not show up, check your installed apps and permissions.
