Add PayPal or Bank Payout Methods for Affiliates

Before an affiliate can be paid, Vendi Today needs to know where to send the money. Either you or the affiliate can add a payout method, and you decide which options are offered.

Choose Which Methods Are Offered

1. Go to Marketing > Affiliate Manager > Settings.
2. Open Affiliate Portal Settings and click Configure Payout Methods.
3. Select the methods you want to enable (PayPal, Bank Transfer).
4. Save.

Affiliates only see the methods you enable, so always leave at least one on.

Add a Method as an Admin

1. Open the affiliate's profile.
2. Switch to the Payout Methods tab and click Add Payout Method.
3. For PayPal, enter the affiliate's PayPal email. For Bank, pick the country and complete the required fields.
4. Click Done.

An affiliate can hold several methods; mark one as the primary.

Add a Method as an Affiliate

1. Sign in to the Affiliate Portal with the magic link or invitation details.
2. Open the Payout Methods area.
3. Click Add Payout Method and choose PayPal or Bank.
4. Fill in the fields and click Done.

Reminders

• PayPal addresses are not verified when saved, so a typo goes unnoticed until you try to pay. Double-check every address.
• To nudge affiliates who forget, switch on Require affiliates to set up a payout method in the portal settings.
• A workflow can also remind affiliates whose payout method status is missing.

Good to know: Payments to PayPal fail for any affiliate without a PayPal method, and you will see an Add Account prompt next to their name.
