Missed-Call Text-Back with Google Business Profile

When someone calls the phone number on your Google Business Profile, this feature tracks the call and can text back anyone you miss.

How it works

Vendi Today registers a tracking number in the primary slot of your GBP, moving your real number to secondary. Calls route through the tracking number first, then forward to your actual line.

Set it up

1. Go to Settings > Phone Numbers and assign a tracking number.
2. Connect your Google Business Profile.
3. Turn on GBP Call Tracking.
4. Turn on Missed Call Text Back.

Why bother

Accurate call attribution without changing the number customers dial, and a missed call no longer means a lost lead.
