Manage Your Purchases on GoKollab

If you're a member of paid communities or courses on GoKollab, there's one place to see everything you've bought and paid for.

Getting there

1. Open the profile menu on the GoKollab homepage.
2. Select Manage Purchases.

What you'll find

• Memberships — every community you belong to, free and paid.
• Courses — courses you've purchased or enrolled in, with quick access back into the content.
• Payment history — past payments and invoices, along with the payment method used for each transaction.

Downloading an invoice

From the Payment History tab, you can download any available invoice for your records.

If something's missing

If a community or course you expect to see isn't listed, make sure you're logged into the same account you used to originally purchase or enroll. If it's still missing after that, reach out to the community or course owner directly — they'll be able to check your access on their end.
