Managing Calls Across Multiple Locations

Ring your device for incoming calls from up to 10 locations at once, without switching the app between them.

How to set it up

1. Open mobile app settings.
2. Choose locations to receive calls from (must already be a member).
3. Save.

How it works day to day

Incoming calls show a location badge. Tap a switch option mid-call to jump into that location's workspace — pull up the caller's record, take notes, access CRM tools. Notes/tags/workflow triggers attach to the correct location.
