Connect Stripe for Payments

Stripe is what actually processes the money when someone pays you through Vendi Today — invoices, payment links, order forms, your online store, calendar deposits, courses, and community payments all run through it once it's connected.

Connect your account

1. Go to Payments > Integrations.
2. Find Stripe in the list and click to connect.
3. You'll be walked through Stripe's own sign-in flow — log into an existing Stripe account, or create a new one right there if you don't have one yet.
4. Review and approve the authorization request.
5. Back in Payments > Integrations, confirm Stripe now shows as connected.

After connecting

Click Manage next to Stripe to configure which payment methods you want to accept — cards, bank transfers, digital wallets, whatever Stripe and your account support.

You'll also have separate Test and Live environments. Use Test mode to run through a checkout yourself and confirm everything is wired up correctly before you start accepting real payments in Live mode.

Good to know

Each account can only connect one Stripe account at a time — if you need to switch which Stripe account is linked, you'll disconnect the current one first. And if you're already accepting payments through another processor, Vendi Today can route different payment experiences to different providers, so check your existing setup before assuming Stripe needs to handle everything.

Once it's connected

Stripe now powers checkout wherever payments happen in your account — you don't need to configure it separately for invoices, payment links, or your store. Set it up once here, and it's available everywhere.
