Review Campaign Readiness with Opportunity Score
Opportunity Score is a pre-launch checkup built into the Ad Manager Review step. It gives your Meta, Google or LinkedIn campaign a 0 to 100 rating and a band (Low, Medium or High), plus a list of suggested improvements.
What the panel shows
- The overall score and band label.
- Category cards for the areas that apply to your campaign: Audience, Budget, Creative, Tracking and, for relevant Google campaigns, Keywords.
- An impact tag on each recommendation (Low, Medium or High).
- A What to fix first list ordered by likely impact, each item with a Fix link.
Only settings relevant to your platform, objective, campaign type and ad format are checked, so two campaigns can show different categories.
Use it before you publish
- Go to Marketing > Ad Manager and start a campaign, or open an unpublished draft.
- Complete the setup steps first. The more you fill in, the more useful the feedback.
- Move to the Review screen and open the Opportunity Score panel.
- Read the score and work down What to fix first.
- Click Fix on an item to jump to that part of the builder, change the setting, then return to Review.
- Check the updated score and publish when you are satisfied.
What it will and will not do
- It never edits or publishes anything for you.
- A low score does not block publishing.
- Recommendations are suggestions. Apply the ones that match your goal and ignore those that do not.
- It measures setup completeness, not live results. After launch, use the campaign statistics to judge performance.
Good to know: Aim to clear every High impact item first; budget and tracking gaps are the ones most likely to quietly limit a new campaign.
