Event Settings, Notifications and Publishing

Once the content is ready, the Settings tab controls how registration behaves and who is told what. Finish here, then publish.

Registration Settings

  • Deadline: when registration closes. It defaults to the event start time.
  • Capacity: total registrations across all ticket types. Enter 0 for unlimited.
  • Check-in: QR check-in is on by default for in-person events, and you choose which payment statuses may enter.
  • Live mode: turn this on before going live. While off, the event runs in test mode and no real payments are processed.

Notifications

  • For organizers: a new-registration alert and a daily summary email, sent at 9:00 AM in the event timezone.
  • For attendees: a registration confirmation and a reminder email.
  • Sender settings: the From name and From email used on event messages.

Link and Tracking

Edit the URL slug, add Meta Pixel details, upload a square favicon (PNG or JPG, under 5 MB), and copy the Embed code to place the event on another site.

Publish

  1. Review each tab: Tickets, Schedule, Pages & Design, Settings.
  2. Confirm Live mode is on for paid events.
  3. Click Publish event at the top right.
  4. Share the public link from the three-dot menu.

After Publishing

  • Unpublish: takes the page offline and keeps registrations.
  • Archive: hides it from the active list but is restorable.
  • Duplicate: copies the setup into a new draft.
  • Delete: removes it permanently.

Good to know: Run a test registration in test mode before switching Live mode on, so you can confirm emails and tickets look right.
