Send a Test Email

Check formatting, links, and merge fields before a full send.

Sending a test from Conversations

1. Open a reusable test contact.
2. Open Conversation view, Send Email.
3. Check the From field, mask if needed.
4. Send, check inbox and spam.
5. Reply to confirm it lands back in Conversations.

Testing from a campaign

Most editors have a built-in Send Test option.

If you get "An error occurred, please try again"

Usually one of four things: broken merge field syntax ({{contact.first_name missing a brace), an unsupported custom value, a malformed address (comma instead of period), an invalid From field. Check each in order; contact support with the workflow/campaign name if it persists.
