Pay Affiliates Manually and Mark Payouts as Paid

If you would rather pay by bank transfer, Wise, check or another method, you can do that outside Vendi Today and then record the payment so your reports stay accurate.

When to Choose Manual

• Affiliates are paid by bank rather than PayPal.
• You do not want to link a PayPal Business account.
• You want to batch payments through your own finance process.

Steps

1. Go to the Payouts page in Affiliate Manager.
2. On the Pending tab, approve the payouts you are ready to pay. They move to Approved for Payout.
3. Open the Approved for Payout tab and select the payouts to settle.
4. Click Pay. This action is only visible to admins who hold the Pay Affiliate Manager Payout permission.
5. Switch to the Bank tab and follow the on-screen instructions. Download the CSV if you want to process the list in your banking or payments tool.
6. Make the payments outside Vendi Today.
7. Return and click Mark as Paid.

The entries then appear in the Paid tab, where they are locked.

Check Before You Approve

• Review refunds and chargebacks first. They are not automatically deducted from commissions.
• Confirm each affiliate's payout details on their profile.
• Keep a record of transfer references, since Vendi Today only stores that the payout is marked paid.

Good to know: Marking as paid is final, so complete the real transfers before you click it.
