Create and Manage Smart Lists

A Smart List is a saved, self-updating view of your Contacts list — build the filter once and Vendi Today keeps it current automatically.

Building a Smart List

1. Open Contacts, go to Smart Lists.
2. Click + Add Smart List.
3. Choose filters (tags, contact type, date added, engagement score, etc.).
4. Combine with AND logic if needed.
5. Click Apply to preview, then Create to save.

Contacts appear the moment they match and disappear when they stop matching.

Working with the list view

Drag-and-drop column reordering. Choose rows per page (20, 50, or 100).

Managing existing Smart Lists

Three-dot menu next to Add Contact, then Manage Smart List: Rename, Copy, Share, or Delete.

Why this matters

Smart Lists are the foundation for bulk tagging, bulk messaging, and workflow enrollment.
