Create and Share Payment Links

A payment link is a standalone checkout page you can share anywhere — text, email, social media, a QR code — that lets someone pay you without needing a website. It's the fastest way to accept a payment for a specific product or service.

Create a basic payment link

1. Create the product you want to sell first — add images, since they'll display automatically on the checkout page.
2. Go to Payments > Payment Links > Create Link.
3. Name the link and select the product and price.
4. Configure any optional settings (see below) and save.
5. Preview the checkout page, then copy the link to share it.

Sell multiple products on one link

You're not limited to a single product per link. Click + Add Another Product to combine one-time and recurring products into a single, unified checkout — customers see all the available options in one organized page rather than needing separate links for each item.

Optional checkout settings

• Let customers adjust the quantity they're purchasing
• Collect phone number or address at checkout
• Accept coupon codes
• Redirect customers to another page after purchase, with an optional countdown
• Pre-fill customer name, email, or phone via URL parameters
• Add an automatic expiration date to the link
• Add custom button text, a branding message, and terms and conditions

Distribute the link

Once saved, copy and paste the link anywhere, or share it directly by email or SMS from within Vendi Today.

Limitations

Payment links only support automated payment methods (like Stripe or PayPal) — if you need to accept manual/offline payment, use an invoice instead (see Accept Manual/Offline Payments).
