Two-Way Email Sync

Connect your Outlook or Gmail inbox so email conversations show up in Vendi Today automatically, and replies sent from Vendi Today land in your normal inbox.

Connect Outlook

1. Go to Settings > My Profile > Email (2-way sync).
2. Select Outlook.
3. Authorize the permissions.

Connect Gmail

1. Same path, select Gmail.
2. Authenticate and grant access.

Connects at the individual account level; Gmail caps sending at roughly 500 emails a day per account (bulk campaigns use separate capacity).

What syncing gets you

Sent emails appear in your sent folder; replies sync back into Conversations; you send as yourself; full threads stay in sync.

What it doesn't do

Only syncs from the point of connection forward.

If sync suddenly stops working

1. Go to Settings > Email Services, find the account.
2. Click Reconnect, sign back in.
3. Confirm Connected, send a test email.
