Read the Summary Page for a Sent Campaign
After a campaign is sent, its summary page shows how recipients responded and lets you drill into who did what.
Open it
- Go to Marketing > Emails > Campaigns.
- Click the three-dot menu beside the sent campaign and choose Statistics.
- In the side panel, click Load More Statistics.
- Select the Summary tab.
Drafts and scheduled campaigns have nothing to show until they send.
The rates
- Delivered: delivered divided by sent. Above 90 percent suggests a healthy list.
- Opened: unique opens divided by delivered.
- Clicked: unique clickers divided by delivered.
- Conversion: contacts who completed a goal such as a purchase, as a share of delivered.
- Soft Bounced and Hard Bounced: temporary and permanent delivery failures. Keep hard bounces low by cleaning your list.
- Unsubscribed: opt-outs as a share of delivered. Under about 1 percent is usual.
- Skipped: the email was not sent to a contact, for example because they have do-not-disturb on or an error occurred.
- Spam: recipients who reported the email.
Charts and revenue
The engagement chart shows delivered, opened and clicked over time, so you can spot your best days and hours. If revenue tracking is set up, you also see revenue, revenue per recipient and a conversion chart. Without it, those fields show zero.
Contact-level details
The Details area has tabs for Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Ordered, Replied, bounced, Complained, Unsubscribed, Skipped and Failed. Each row shows name, email, status and last update. Select Export for a CSV.
Good to know: Use the Details tabs to find your most engaged contacts and tag them for follow-up.
