Displaying Customer Quotes with the Testimonial Element

The Testimonial element presents hand-picked customer feedback in styled cards. It is built for quotes you type in yourself, unlike a review widget that pulls ratings automatically from outside platforms.

Add and Fill It

1. Go to Sites, choose Funnels or Websites, open the asset and click Edit.
2. Click Add Elements (+) and drag Testimonial onto the page.
3. Select it, then click + Add Testimonial for each entry.
4. Click the pencil icon to enter the name, caption, date, star rating, profile photo, profile and business links, and logo.
5. Drag the two-line handle to reorder, or use the trash icon to remove one.

Choose What Shows

Under Testimonial Settings, toggle the profile picture, name, caption, date, logo and star rating. This lets you keep short quotes clean or add credentials to longer ones.

Layout and Card Style

• Layout: Grid for an even block, Vertical Masonry for staggered heights, or Carousel for a rotating slider. Set columns (up to four) and spacing between cards.
• Card style: Default, Reverse Center, Vertical Center or Horizontal for side-by-side photo and text.
• Styling: adjust corner radius, fonts, sizes, and colors for the background, card, name, caption, text, rating, date and "Read More" link.

Long quotes are shortened automatically with a Read More link, so there is no hard character limit.

Keep in Mind

The element is static, so update entries by hand when you collect new feedback. To display live reviews from other platforms, use a review widget instead.

Good to know: Pair each quote with a real name and photo, since specific, attributed testimonials feel more trustworthy than anonymous ones.
