Bulk Actions on the Product Page

Update or clean up many products at once instead of editing them one by one — useful for seasonal price changes, store-wide visibility toggles, or catalog cleanup.

Available bulk actions

• Toggle store visibility on or off
• Adjust price by a fixed amount or a percentage
• Add products to a collection
• Delete products

How to use it

1. Go to Payments > Products (within your ecommerce store).
2. Select the products you want to update using the checkboxes, or use the header checkbox to select every product on the current page.
3. Choose the action you want from the Bulk Actions dropdown.
4. Apply the change.

Good to know

• Price updates apply to all variants of a selected product, not just the base price.
• Deletions are permanent — there's no undo.
• Bulk operations touching more than 300 products at once may take a little longer to process.
• The system won't let a bulk price change push any price into negative territory.
