Basic Troubleshooting for Funnels, Websites and Webinars
Run through these checks before opening a support request. Most page problems come down to a handful of causes.
Page Looks Broken or Keeps Refreshing
- Remove custom code in code elements, header and footer tracking boxes, and custom CSS, then test again.
- To find code elements, use your browser's find (Ctrl or Cmd + F) in the preview for
c-custom-code. - Turn off any sticky option on sections, columns or elements, since sticky only works in preview mode.
- Delete expired timer elements.
- Open the browser console. If you see a hydration error, send it to support.
Blurry or Slow Images
Image optimization applies one quality level to all pictures. Turn it off for a specific image in the editor, or for background images in the funnel settings, and upload higher-resolution files. Turning optimization off does not disable lazy loading, which always stays on.
Custom Values Not Showing
Check whether a custom value inside a text element was turned into a hyperlink, which breaks it, and remove the link. If content comes from an AI text tool, ask for HTML output or use a text formatter step to turn line breaks into <br/>.
Tracking Code Not in the Page Source
Head and body tracking scripts are added by the browser after the page loads, so they will not appear in View Page Source. They still work, including with Tag Manager. Verify with the provider's testing tool.
Finding Which Funnel a Live Page Belongs To
Open browser developer tools, go to the Network tab, filter by XHR, reload, and inspect the event request payload for the funnel, page and account details.

Good to know: Always test in a private window after changes, so cached files do not hide the fix.
