Business Profile Settings
Your Business Profile stores the core details about your company — powering invoices, merge fields, and SMS/email verification requirements. Fill it out completely before launching campaigns; incomplete profiles delay SMS registrations.
Find it under Settings > Business Profile.
General Information
Logo, "friendly" display name vs. registered legal name, support email/phone, website URL, industry/niche. Many fields double as custom values you can reuse elsewhere.
Business Physical Address
Street address, city, state, zip. Two settings have real functional impact: Timezone (determines when scheduled campaigns fire) and Platform language (controls date/time rendering). For SMS compliance, match your business registration address.
Business Information
Supports SMS carrier registration (A2P): business type, industry, registration ID (EIN/VAT), operating regions. Getting this right avoids texting number approval delays.
Authorized Representative
A named contact carriers can verify — typically the owner or a senior manager.
General Behavior Settings
Duplicate contact/opportunity handling, automatic timezone inference, email bounce verification, phone/email validation on new contacts, compliance features like auto opt-out and unsubscribe links.
Call & Voicemail Settings
Upload your voicemail audio (MP3/WAV) and set how many seconds a call rings before it's treated as missed (10–20 seconds typical). Works with Missed Call Text Back.
Legacy Feature Access
Older tools superseded by Workflows are hidden by default; an admin can re-enable visibility, but legacy tools don't receive updates.
