Read Your Ad Campaign Statistics
The Statistics tab shows how your published and paused campaigns are performing, with charts, a conversion summary and a customizable table. Data updates in near real time.
Open and filter the view
- Go to Marketing > Ad Manager.
- Click the Statistics tab next to Campaigns.
- Use the filter at the top left to choose the platform. For Facebook you can also filter by Page.
- Pick a date range to limit every figure to that period.
- Choose which table columns to show so only the metrics you care about remain.
Drill into one campaign
Click a campaign name to open its own statistics page, with the same date filter and column controls. For Meta campaigns you can go one level further and compare individual ad sets and ads, which shows which audiences and creatives drive results.
See and export leads and sales
When a campaign has more than zero leads or sales, a small icon appears beside the number. Click it to see the Leads or Opportunities Closed behind it. Use Export to download that data, or the campaign table itself, as a CSV file.
What the columns mean
- Impressions, Reach, Frequency: how often the ad appeared, how many unique people saw it, and the average times each person saw it.
- Clicks, CTR, CPC: clicks, the share of viewers who clicked, and average cost per click.
- Leads, CPL, Sales, CPS: contacts captured or purchases made, and the average cost of each.
- Results: outcomes matching the campaign objective.
- Spend, Revenue, ROI%: money spent, income attributed to the ads, and the return on that spend.
If numbers look off
Check the date range, platform and Page filters first, since most discrepancies come from a filter you forgot you set.
Good to know: Compare CPL across ad sets before moving budget, and shift spend toward the cheaper lead source rather than guessing.
