Connect WooCommerce to Import and Sync Your Store

Connecting WooCommerce lets you bring your existing catalog over and keep it synced going forward.

Connecting your store

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > WooCommerce.
  2. Enter your store's URL (no trailing slash).
  3. Choose what to import: contacts, orders, transactions, products, collections.
  4. Decide what stays syncing automatically vs. one-time import.
  5. Save.

What gets imported

Contacts include guest checkouts and only "Customer" or "Subscriber" roles. Products priced at $0 or uncategorized are excluded — WooCommerce remains the source of truth. Order and payment history comes over too.

Keeping things in sync

New purchases and product changes continue syncing for chosen data types; sync errors trigger automatic reconnection attempts.

Putting the synced data to work

Trigger workflows off events like Order Received or Payment Received.

One connection at a time

Each WooCommerce store can only be connected to one account here.
