Adding an element
- Go to Marketing > Emails and open a template or campaign.
- Click Add Elements and find the block you need.
- Drag it onto the canvas, dropping it inside a layout column.
- Click the block to open its settings: Edit for content and style, Visibility for device and conditional rules.
Rearranging later
You can drag any block to a new position, use the up and down arrows that appear on hover, or reorder from Manage Elements. Duplicate and delete icons also appear when you hover.
Good to know: Elements must sit inside a layout row, so add a layout first if the canvas is empty.
