Use Advanced Filters in Smart Lists

Combine several conditions with precise logic instead of one broad rule.

How a filter is built

1. A field — the contact data you're filtering on.
2. An operator — equals, contains, is between, is greater than, etc.
3. A value.

Filter types

• Date filters — relative dates, fixed ranges, durations.
• String filters — exact match, partial match, list match.
• Numeric filters — greater than, less than, between.
• DND filters — filter by communication preferences.

Combining filters

Match all (AND) or any (OR) of them.

Where to use it

1. Go to Contacts, open or create a Smart List.
2. Click Advanced Filters.
3. Add field, operator, value for each condition.
4. Apply to see live-updating results.
