Build the Event Schedule, Speakers and Public Page

A clear agenda and a polished page help visitors decide to register. These sections are optional but make a big difference for conferences and multi-session events.

Add Sessions

  1. Open the event and go to the Schedule tab.
  2. Click Add schedule.
  3. Enter a Title, such as Main lecture or Workshop A.
  4. Choose the day and time slot; it must fall within the event window.
  5. Add a Stage / Location, a Description, and any assigned speakers.

Add Speakers

  1. Within the schedule area, open Speakers.
  2. Click + Add speaker.
  3. Enter name, tagline, photo, description, keynote status, and social links.

Speakers appear alongside the sessions they are assigned to.

Customize the Public Page

Open Pages & Design to shape what attendees see.

  • Details: manage sections such as About this event, Tickets, Schedule, Speakers, Location, Hosted by, and Frequently asked questions.
  • Schedule: adjust how the agenda displays.
  • Checkout: edit the title and form fields. First name, last name, and email are always required; you can add custom fields and a terms-and-conditions checkbox.
  • Style: colors, typography, and templates apply across all event pages.

A live preview opens in mobile view first; switch to desktop to review the wider layout.

Tips

  • Keep checkout fields to what you truly need; every extra field lowers completion.
  • Use the FAQ section to answer parking, refunds, and what-to-bring questions before attendees ask.

Good to know: You can copy page design and content from another event using Copy from another event in Pages & Design.
