Link Courses to Your Community

The Learning tab connects courses and communities.

Adding a course to a group

1. Open the group's Learning tab.
2. Add Courses, select from existing.
3. Save.

Current members get access automatically and an email notice. Reorder with Move Courses, remove later, generate a shareable link.

Selling a course through the community

1. Set Pricing on the course.
2. One-time or recurring, currency, tax handling.
3. Test checkout with test card details.

Both parties get confirmation emails; subscription cancellations trigger a notification. Free and paid courses sit side by side.

Controlling who unlocks a course

All members, Level unlock (gamification level), Buy now, Time unlock (drip after join date). One method per course, changeable (affects new enrollments only).

Restricting a course to a specific audience

Private channel access — restrict to one channel's members. Member-specific access — grant/revoke for an individual via their three-dot menu > Manage Courses; can't manually revoke access someone earned through the normal unlock rule.
